After demo, and during initial construction, everything was coming together so seemlessly, we decided to ask for change orders which included, tile floor throughout the house, a new mst. bath onsuite, 1/2 upgrades to our bathrooms, and painting. Rich was not only able to take care of these changes, but do them on time with his original estimate. "Our kitchen was in dire need of upgrades, and we met with many different contractors for estimates. Young from New Life Construction left the best impression by far, from his professionalism, renovation ideas and design, reasonable pricing, etc. I am so glad we decided to go with New Life as Young and his entire team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We received very helpful opinions regarding many aspects of the design and materials without it being overbearing, and it was helpful to see his previous projects through instagram (@newlife_construction) to see what has worked well for similar kitchens in the past. There was clear communication about everything from details of the job to scheduling and everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout. This company handled the demolition, cleanup, cabinets, countertops, overhead lighting, painting, appliance installation (range/oven and dishwasher), sink and faucet installation for us-- pretty much everything in the kitchen except the floors. They bring in separate contractors that are specialists in their respective field (cabinets, countertop, etc) to do each portion of the project so you know you're truly getting the experts at every step of the way. Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future. My family and I are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Young and his team again for future projects."

"Isaac and his team did a wonderful job renovating our old, cave-like shower. The shower pan had leaked and needed be replaced. We then decided we might as well remodel. When Isaac came out to give us an estimate, he had the great idea of opening up the entrance to shower. This worked beautifully! Remodeling is such a messy job. The team took steps to keep the muddle to a minimum. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Cory did a fabulous job installing the tile. He is extremely meticulous making sure everything is perfect. Had some special ideas that made the finished product better than we ever expected. Isaac always kept us kept us informed of each step of the process. He was right on target as to how long the project would take. The entire team was efficient and very personable. We will definitely have them update our other bathroom. We highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing."

"Mike was on time and quick on the draw for starting projects. We used him to finish the kitchen for us. I want to say that when he came in, our house was a disaster due to a plumbing leak in which insurance was working on with their contractor. Mike didn’t skip a beat, worked around everything and did a fantastic job on the backsplash and the can lights. I feel a little bad because I’m fairly talkative and I found several other projects for him after we decided we were listing the house. His work has been outstanding on every project so far and can tackle many jobs. He’s is about to start painting our house this week and has fixed several issues in the meantime.
