"Went great!  Jake and I go back to post Katrina 2005 when I used him to install 2 new ceilings after I lost a partial roof in the storm.  I was extremely happy with his work back then and the ease of dealing with him.  No mail or telephone service after the storm, we did the whole job via email and credit cards because I live out of state.  I was happy to see Jake was still in business this year when I needed him again.  Same old Jake, always answers the phone, gave me an estimate within one week, even found additional work that needed done (the walls) making it easier to all do it all at the same time.  I always appreciate his thoroughness.  Was easy to communicate with via email, always responds to communications.  Was willing to work within a 3 week time-frame of when the tenant would be out of town and before I would arrive in town, exceptional customer service!  Callled me when he had any questions about the job ie paint colors.  Was very accommodating about payment.  He even re-plastered a small landing area that needed it but was outside of our contract.  Oh did I mention that all of the tenants furniture and belongs were still in the apartment when the work was performed?  I love working with people like Jake and would highly recommend him to anybody. <br />"
