"I needed someone to hook up my irrigation system and fix my pump as my last guy left me with no call back. I went on home advisor looking for company. Mark the owner of Rain on Demand call me back immediately next day. He came to my house within 2 days to see the work and also said he could fix my pump that save me $900. I done a lot business with a lot of people in my life time but Mark by far is the most professional person I ever met. I know you can only rate quality of work or price 1-5 but if there was a 10 I would of been rating this company that number. If anyone needs an irrigation company I highly recommend Rain on Demand. "Kevin is awesome! I own a condo in Dorchester and we have a sprinkler system that was installed when the house was renovated. We were using the company who installed the system for service and they were the worst - We had pipes burst last year and this year because they took too long to come winterize the system and they froze. With cold weather on the way and no response from the original installer, I decided that I should look up a few new companies online. I reached out to a handful on a Sunday and Kevin responded within 30 minutes. We spoke about the system and the problems we had with the frozen pipes, and he gave me his cell phone number and set up a time for him to swing by the next day. As planned, Kevin came the next day (Monday) to winterize the system and shut off the water. So even though I reached out on Sunday evening at 5 PM, everything was done within 24 hours of reaching out. Kevin was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and we’ll be using him every spring/fall now to maintain our system. Prices were completely reasonable and in line with what I’ve seen everywhere else."

"They delivered the mulch on time. However they will not put the mulch in the yard, it must be on the driveway. The delivery man informed me that the Owner wouldn't allow it because he had a truck sink in a yard more than likely in a shallow septic system leaching field. I could understand that as long as the homeowner didn't know their own yard. It just made it very difficult for me being a 60+ year old to shovel it onto a wheelbarrow and get it across the yard. Other than that, the mulch is of excellent quality and lasted quite a long time."

One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely.
