"Steve and his crew did a great job replacing the underground plumbing for our built-in pool. From Day 1... Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. They arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed and discussed the plan, taking care to minimize the cuts they'd have to make in our stamped concrete patio, even taking pictures beforehand so they could match the pattern in the newly poured concrete. They take pride in their work, and treated it like it was their pool, taking extra measures to protect our existing landscape, irrigation lines and concrete. When they ran into a couple of unexpected issues, Steve and his crew calmly brainstormed the possible solutions and found the right ones. They really communicated well and respected each other's opinions. We are so grateful our friend George recommended Steve to us. They exceeded our expectations, and to boot, was very fairly priced. "I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."
