I was trying to be a loyal and replete customer but if they don't return service calls I can't give them my business or referrals. They've left me in a pretty bad situation being without networking for a month. Sorry he has family problems but business is business. I'm moving on, good luck. I guess they're looking for the big ticket home theatre install and to heck with the day to day concerns.
