"We used Fairfax Antenna to install a HD Antenna on our roof so that we could cut our cable and leverage internet services for TV along with the antenna to get local channels. I am writing this review after a month of the antenna being installed to monitor the performance. To date, everything is absolutely wonderful and my channels come in with full signal strength. We had invested in about 3 indoor 50 mile antennas, but they were never consistent no matter where we placed them in the house. The gentlemen were professional, made great recommendations, and we're quick and tidy about their work. I live in the Washington DC area, and we get channels as far as Baltimore in HD. I used the two runs, just in case we needed to split, but we use a product called HDHOMERUN Connect to route the signal through our network. Any TV we have used for accessing local TV, the channels come in sharp and crisp with zero issues. I highly recommend Fairfax Antenna."

"David seems like the sole proprietor.  If you call, you will get him.  I enjoyed our early interactions and he provided a recommendation that I replace one part.  A very highly rated Angies listing company suggested I order two parts and replace them both and cost about $200 more for labor than the $74 labor deal I got through Angie's special offers.
I was going out of town on vacation and I didn't make it explicit for him to order the part.  I thought we were setup to schedule the day I returned but the part had not been ordered. 
If you use this company, make sure your intentions are clear about when they should order the part and when you want to have the work done.  Be clear and follow up.  If you do those things, you will have a smooth experience.
The work quality was great, the part works, and I saved about $500+ dollars not getting the second part and paying much more labor to install both of them from this other company.
I would use these folks again and I'll be more clear and do a better job following up next time.

"So I’ve been with terrible WiFi for a long time. Ever since I moved to my new house, the WiFi was always good in the basement but anywhere else in the house it was lacking speed and efficiency. I really needed to change this up and even bought an extender from Verizon that didn’t really do much at all. Keep in mind I have Verizon FIOS which is the highest speed from the carrier. I didn’t think that this could be solved until I called TotalTechGeeks. They recommended a mesh network system that would solve the problem. "The tv's were mounted to perfection with no wires showing and he also provided the wall mounts at an additional cost. One of my electrical sockets did not work and instead of shifting my tv to another area Derrick was able to fix the issue. The service was so great I called the next day to have more work completed. "They did an excellent job of installing the new panel at a reasonable price. Also they had financing options that were same as cash. I was provided some options of circuit breakers and the price with the options. The differences in breaker were explained and the code requirements for my area was also explained and compared to other local code standards. I was able to customize the options a little bit based on my needs and I have more space in the panel if I have additional requirements. Going from a box from the 1960’s to a modern solution mad a lot of sense. The installation was smooth with only a short time without power. Throughout the process, I was well informed of the progress. My family was able to work remotely from home during most of the install without too much disruption. (Used cell phone for internet and laptops while power was off.) They even installed a monitoring system for me to track the electrical use of the house. Overall they did a great job and I am very satisfied."
