Colors were spread out, faded or lost, and the picture blurry. Frank responded quickly and made an appointment for the next day. He said I needed two convergence IC's. He kept me informed when a tool he needed to install the IC's was not readily available so that he needed to delay the next visit by one day. They did say that later I should change the aluminum wires to copper ones for additional cost. Keia who made all the arrangements was excellent in answering all my questions and informing me of things I had no knowledge of and explained things in detail."
