"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. When it arrived, an appointment was made for the following week - and he called and made it day earlier when he had a cancellation. High quality door (selected by him), excellent communication about appointments to estimate and schedule the replacement. "Mr Boyer and his crew were absolutely accommodating. My large window in the utility room was broken about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving of 2018. He was thorough, on time, and fair in the price. He let us know in advance that he wouldn't know the full extent of the damage or cost until he opened the walls up to start the work.
