"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Twisted Metal’s (Richard) work is outstanding, and the metal railings for my porch are of superior quality, custom made to fit in with the wrought iron already in place. Richard was willing to accommodate my schedule for installing the railings. I would rate his work at 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Twisted Metal for your project."

"What a great family owned business to work with! I interviewed several fencing companies to make an informed decision...let's face it, replacing a fence is an investment. I chose Banks Exteriors Plus for several reasons (professional estimate, not rushing me into a quick decision, cost effectiveness, and the time element to begin the project), and I'm so glad I did. Their work was excellent and often over-and-above what I had expected (I had plenty of growth (shrubs, tree limbs, ect. to remove), and it was done perfectly. Clean-up occurred at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The staff was personable and took the time to ask me to come check something to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted. The time that was predicted was on point and no hidden costs surprised me at the end (I still can't over the cutting of all of the growth!). Don't know what else to say...I am so pleased with the end results, and the neighbors were definitely commenting on the work done"

"Took a while to get scheduled, work turned out well.  Owner didn't really follow up any or check on crew at all.  Would have added some work for them if they did.  Demo crew was really unprofessional.  Made a mess of the house."

"These guys are professionals! They work efficiently and are time conscientious. They are perfectionists with their work and they even custom built a gate for me. I have had many people ask me for their number to have their own fence just from seeing mine as they pass by the house. They are very responsible and respectful. Could not leave a better reference!"

"They came out to give me a free estimate and immediately recognized that whoever installed the vinyl fence the first time didn't install wood posts under the sleeves. They did the job, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs."

"They came to me and welded material that other local companies said was to thin to weld period. And they did it effortlessly and it looks better than who had done it originally. They definitely take pride in their work. I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a welder."

"Tim Gillen owns the company and is physically present for almost all the work that goes on during the project. This ensures that the quality stays high on the work performed.  He directly oversees the job and the final walk through was easy as there were only a few items to finish off. These were completed in a few hours with no issues.
His crew cleaned up after every work day, including picking up all drop cloths, vacuuming and wiping down where any construction dust had settled.
The employees we met were all personable, friendly and competent.  All requests were completed with a good attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs.  Vendors employed by The Gillen Co to provide service such as electric and plaster repair were likewise helpful and friendly.
Change orders or additional work was negotiated in a friendly and easy manner.  Upgrades were handled the same way.
The Gillen Co provides a vendor list for common suppliers such as tile, granite, lighting etc and this is a good place to start if you are unfamiliar with local vendors. After doing our own research we ended up using a mix of recommended suppliers and our own sources for items purchased during this project.
The project turned out very well and we are pleased with the end result.
