"I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. This is important because there are others who will only pull off the wastewater and not the rest, so be certain who you choose. We chose well."

- After getting Brad's name from Angie's List, we were able to schedule an appointment within the week that I called him. From my first meeting with Brad, we had confidence in him to do an excellent job in the prescribed time with beautiful results. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to all our questions. His follow-up when we discussed color and procedure made our confidence grow even more. Schedules were met, painters were skilled craftsmen, and we felt that everyone had a genuine interest and determination to meet our requests and leave excellent evidence of a job well-done.
- Our neighbors commented on the workmanship of the painters. They noted the orderly procedure of painting the trim, siding, shutters all the way around (and the second coat) as well as the safety procedures the painters used with their ladders.(I read that this is a DON'T, but I have included this because I feel it is important. This is an outside and ongoing observation that I couldn't make myself, and I found it another valuable quality of the painting crew.)
- True to one of Brad's commitments, the house and yard were left orderly each day, with no disarray of paint or equipment. Everything was placed in order, prepared for their return the next time. We had excellent weather so the work went along uninterrupted.
- At the end of the painting, Brad and the painters asked for a "walk-around report" from us, and when we had a couple of spots that we thought needed attention, they returned to make everything perfect for us.
