"Aaron found that the computer board was burned out. To my surprise, he was able to replace it on the spot. He could not guarantee that there was no other problem, so he promised to take the board back and refund the purchase price if I wanted to return it. He even promised a discount rate on the second service call if that happened. It turned out the computer board was the only problem. My refrigerator is now working happily. <br />"
