Then they checked all the spots, moved outside and found the sewer line, then hooked up the big plumbers snake and ran it in and chewed thru the frozen and clogged clog and cleared it then put cleaning crystals in the pipes in the house to clean any remaining sludge from the lines. Told me to call if there were any future problems but said they didn't expect any. They flushed all toilets and ran all water faucets to make sure they were clear. "We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. "There are not enough stars to rate Hudson Plumbing. Every time a plumber is called by a customer, it is viewed by the customer as an emergency. That, is also the view of Hudson Plumbing. Our issue was a 99% clog from the house to the sewer, backing up into our basement...on Easter Sunday. I called, they answered! AND they came out to try and open the line. Luck was not on my side this time. It couldn't be cleared and would need to be dug up and replaced. Chad, who also ran the work crew, took some photos and said he would have someone call the next morning to discuss the project. I got that call the next morning, discussed the project and got the ball rolling. They were able to move other projects around to start and finish my project the next day. Chad was back out with his crew the next morning. Chad ran his crew like a well oiled machine, completing the entire project in 3 hours! They worked with a sense of urgency without rushing. They ensured that each step in the process was done correctly before moving on the the next. Chad answered every question I had, explaining what was happening, how it was going to happen and WHY it needed to be done. This man knows his craft! Hudson Plumbing viewed my emergency as their emergency and made my house whole. Throughout the entire experience I was treated as family and not just a customer. Knowledge - 5 stars. "After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

"They were very professional. They had great subcontractors doing the work and they went above and beyond what we expected (I've heard horror stories about subcontractors). The reason for the 'B' grade is the communication at Moore is not great. There were things that the subcontractors told us that a rep from Moore should have. The flooring manager was the only person who really communicated with us on a regular basis. As I stated the work was outstanding but if I do use them again, I would have to make sure that everything going on with the job."
