"We actually hired JLS to do multiple projects: expand our laundry room (removal of a load bearing wall was required), repair a cracked joist in the attic space over our garage, and install a vented range hood to replace our old recirculating hood. From the first estimate, to the completion, we could not be more pleased. The owner is very conscientious and wants to ensure that each step of the job is completed to the highest standards. Communication was outstanding and there were zero costly "surprises". He and the gentleman that worked for him were both very friendly. They went above and beyond to keep the construction mess to a minimum and performed a thorough clean-up at the end of every workday. The first project was fixing a bad bathroom renovation another contractor failed. The second was adding on a room to our new home. We wanted a beautiful and versatile room that serves as our formal dining room and a sun room. We had a tight deadline to get it finished before a home wedding reception. We also had several unusual or special requests and they did it. The work is fabulous. Our friends have really complimented the space. You can not tell inside or outside that the room was added. We asked for a Dutch door and beautiful display case to bridge from the existing house to the add on and it's seamless and lovely. "Antonio had his crew working at my home for 4 days. They were on time and Antonio inspected their work daily. Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! I'm extremely grateful to all of them for their professionalism and kindness. I thank God that ANGi helped me find them.
