"Optimist Technician, Jerome McCarter, came out diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He was punctual, professional, thorough and respectful. He also gave me tips on maintenance of the system. I was delighted that he got the system up and running as it was extremely hot in the house. He did a great job."

"I hired this pro to do a paver porch and sidwalk. It 2 months to do a project that should have taken 2 weeks. There were constant delays with the project and they didn't do the final protion of the project. We were supposed to have a wet sealer put on to finish the porch/sidewalk which we ended up doing ourselves because he would not get back to us."

"Marlo and Andrew came Saturday, June 20, to give me a free estimate for the job. After checking it out and me learning how elaborate the project is than I anticipated, I decided not to go forward with it. The 12 years experience this company has in their business will show the way Marlo explained the job situation with me. He made sound recommendations on what I can do, if I do not go ahead with the project this time. I will definitely recommend this company!"
