"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! "They quoted me some metal accent work and I gave them a 50% deposit and scheduled with them a month out and 1 week before the job they cancelled on me saying they?d still job wasn?t something they wanted to do, but said they would do it if I let them replace my entire roof and tried to extort me?.My existing roof is fine and they delayed my project by pulling out last minute. I believe they under priced the job and tried to make up for it by getting me to replace my entire roof. Deceptive company. Don?t trust them!"

Jordan did the initial estimate and was always available by phone; likewise the office staff. The job took a half day. The supervisor and 4 workers worked very efficiently, removing the old roof, patching wood where necessary, putting new roof on, & cleaning up. Looks beautiful. And the garden was not damaged. "
