"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!"

I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"
