"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"We had a wonderful experience with Home Pros. They did a superb job removing our old roof and installing a new beautiful cedar roof. The crew was fast, extremely professional, and neat. They took care to protect our plants, and cleaned up after each days work. Most important is that they did an excellent installation of a complex roof. Anthony Marks is a rare roofer who actually cares about the final result and the client experience."

"I recently had asphalt shingle repair done, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. They showed up on time, clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and gave a fair and transparent estimate. The quality of the work really stood out?the repaired shingles blend in perfectly with the rest of the roof, and everything looks solid and well-done. They paid attention to detail and made sure the area was clean before leaving. What I appreciated most was their honesty and communication throughout the process. It?s not always easy to find reliable roofing work, but this was definitely a great experience. I?d highly recommend them to anyone needing asphalt shingle repair. Thanks jonathan."

"Working with Overstate was the right choice. I had 3 companies coming in and giving me quotes to replace the entire roof , including installing new plywood since it was a cedar shake . Yani walked me through the whole process, we improved the venting which was a good thing and I got a brand new Owens Corning shingle roof . I?ll definitely recommend to friends and neighbours ."

"Craftsman! EXCELLENT! There were only a few workers supervised and they were relatively quiet. Finished the roof in one day. Looks good even after the winds last night. A pleasure to deal with and have working here. It looks like he also repaired the leaks from another new roof by a DIFFERENT company who couldnt seem to get it fixed. What a relief! Again, THANK YOU!!"

"They did a great job on the house. And got the siding up in a very short time. They replaced a large amount of rotting wood on the roof eves. After everything was done the house looked brand new.

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"My husband and I were very pleased with the work. We had the wood shingles on our roof replaced with Cedar Impression shingles. Rodger was honest, fair, extremely responsive, and kept us apprised of every step. He and his team met every expectation set, disposed of all debris, and left our yard clean. Thank you, Rodger!"

"Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were professional and friendly. They worked long hours to get the work done. Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone."
