The owner promptly returned my call. He knowledgeable explained options for roofing and drew up an aerial of my metal roof on my 1890 home. He knowledgeably understood what the architectural review board would allow and guided my choices, gave me advice on short term and long term costs. I went away and did research with other contractors and found his reputation solid and his info spot on. I hired him. He cave me a reasonable date explained the weather related issue. The crew was friendly helpful, neat and self initiating. They came in worked long and did an excellent job. Chance stopped by numerous times during the week to check in and explain things to me. This guy takes pride in his work. He gets right back to you. You don't pay until you are satisfied with the job. I got exactly what I wanted and it was hassle free. Thank you LowCountry !"

"Installed temporary tarp to stop leakage. Initiated insurance claim to replace roof. Insurance wanted to repair instead. Convinced insurance that repair was impractical due to type and extent of damage on roof. Ignacio was always professional and did what he said when he said it would be done. His crew was also very professional, courteous, and diligent in their work. I now have a brand new roof and my yard is probably cleaner than it has been in a long time due to their excellent after job cleanup. We had a minor incident with the AC compressor, but they called out a tech and they covered the repair without question."

"Our roof replacement went great from the estimate to the completion. We called for an estimate, got it the same day. Scheduled the install date, and installers showed up on time and completed a rather tough roof replacement in one day! Workmanship and clean up was excellent. "It went great! Jerry diagnosed the problem right away. When the roof was reshingled 10 years ago, there was a portion of the roof where the roofers used too much pressure with the nail gun. This portion started to leak. Jerry recommended we just replace this one portion and his roofers could blend it all together. They came and did the work and now it's fixed! In fact, they showed me the rusty nails they pulled from this portion of the roof. The original company I used is no longer in business. I am so glad that Jerry could repair this without me having to replace the whole roof!"

"I knew there was a problem with the roof as I had seen squirrels tearing out the shingles. The gentleman that came out said there was some areas around my chimney that might need to be repaired. He stated he had to have surgery on his hand and would call back when he had recovered. Never heard back and eventually had some water damage due to the repairs not being done.
