"We hired MPH plumbing to renovate our bathrooms (2 vanities, new shower/bath, 3 toilets, 4 faucets). It took a little longer than expected due to some damaged flooring and another scheduled job, but we're very happy with the overall outcome! Mike went to bat for us, too, when somehow I ordered a faucet without a drain/stopper and the distributor wanted to charge full price. Mike was available by text, phone, or email and gave updates of his progress. I had to do some minor touch ups (eg, caulking, silicone), but this was part of a complete renovation. So the painting, lighting, and bathroom accessories were my responsibility. Mike's a nice guy, too, and will be respectful of your property and pets. I would hire him again, but I don't have any more bathrooms to fix up. I only wish he did kitchen renovations!"

"On a Thursday night, the first-floor sewer line clogged and backed up the toilet and shower stall, with sewer water brimming in both. I tried Drano Gel and a new plunger with no effect. Home Advisor sent me three recommended plumbers, I applied to Drain Doctor LLC and the next one. Before I could call the third, Sean called. He told me what he would do and what it would cost – barring complications. He arrived at the appointed time. Well, the sewer line “elbow” for cleaning it could not be found. The Landlord was away. Sean had to go through the line under the commode. After removing the standing water, he removed the toilet and rooted out the clog. He was there more than two hours, but charged for just two. Being late afternoon Friday, I was so grateful not to have to go through a weekend with a smelly unusable bathroom. Sean gets an A+ 5 Stars!"

In less than a hour my problem was fixed. Very friendly and professional. If you ever need any plumbing work done I stronly suggest calling them. Not only was the tech great but so was the office staff. Received a text showing a picture of the tech prior to him showing up. He came from St. George to Summerville within the time frame I was told. While here, my phone was burning up with people trying to get back with me 2 hours later.
