"Will was excellent. Originally I only booked for my couch and loveseat and footrest to be cleaned. It turns out that they all have slipcovers and Will and his supervisor suggested I take them to a dry cleaner rather than charge me to clean them as they felt this would be a better option. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO HAVE A COMPANY REPRESENTED BY SUCH HONEST WORKERS WITH INTEGRITY! "I hired Amy and one of her mediocre helpers to deep clean a house we bought in Mount Pleasant. She was recommended by my realtor, so in deference to her, I cancelled another REPUTABLE company to use Bree Z Clean. My husband and I wanted this company to use green products because we have pets and it's more environmentally safe. She told our realtor that her idea of "green" was using Pine Sol. That should have been a 'red flag' that she wasn't up to par with what we wanted for our home, but we were so swamped with other things, I decided to go ahead with Bree Z Clean. Amy, the owner, arrived late and when I specified that I wanted certain things cleaned, she told me she wouldn't do them. I wanted everything cleaned including grout, cabinets inside and out, floors, etc, basically to sanitize the house post COVID. She balked at everything I asked her to do. The entire time they were at our home Amy talked very loudly to her co-worker, explaining how to clean and she also called a number of her friends and 'shot the breeze' with them. She has a very loud voice and it was very un-nerving, not to mention obnoxious. Especially because she was in our house with us here unpacking from our cross-country move from Los Angeles AND our pets were terrified by her presence. My husband and I kept looking at each other like "can you believe how loud she is??" Another thing we asked of her was that she should be conscious that our pets had just moved across the country and were trying to get settled and we have cats, so we didn't want her to let them out because they are indoor cats. After this woman left, we saw that she had removed a panel (and didn't put it back) in our bathroom and our cats had escaped into the walls of our home. Also she left without saying she was done or good bye or thanks or anything. Very odd behavior to us. We immediately called her to tell her our cat was missing and why had she left the panel off and her response was "OH CRAP." Then she never followed up with us to make sure we found our cat and if he was safe. We finally coaxed our cat(s) out from under the wall in the bathroom and we were furious that Amy at Bree z clean was so flippant about him being gone. Especially after we had very specifically told her to make sure the cats were safe. The only "cleaning" Amy and her helper did was bring dust mops and dust the floors and cob webs. And since she left, I have found many cobwebs. When she was cleaning cob webs, she stepped up on my stove (to get one of those cobwebs) with her dirty sneakers on (and she's a big woman) and I was mortified that her filthy shoes were on our stove and our sink. And she didn't go back and wash it! ! I was so disgusted by her. We will never use her again. She charged us $300.00 for nothing. I have since had to hire another company to come in and clean. I won't ever hire this person who claims to have a legit cleaning business."
