"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "Rick responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry through the website and called me to set up an appointment.  He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  As it turns out, after making the arrangements for the sump pump, we discovered the source of our water was from our heating system.  When we informed Rick of this and the fact the sump pump would not be needed, he promptly refunded our deposit.  I would definitely recommend Rick Jackson and will contact him in the future if the need arises.
