"Waterman Building & Remodeling is one of the best home repair companies I have worked with. Sales Rep Andy Cannon came over to the house to provide a complete estimate and to provide a brochure on all the various colors available. We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof."

"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "We had a bad leak from the roof into our house from an ice dam and we needed someone who could do the repair the same day. They were able to remove the snow and ice from the roof, repair the tile and seal the area in the attic where the water was coming in. They were fast and efficient and we appreciate the same day repair."

After calling his office, Mr. Cook came out promptly to inspect and advise us. He installed our roof in 2006 during an emergency situation and we were so impressed with his work and professionalism then that we did not hesitate to ask him now (we also tried other companies because there was more on the outside to do but they did not return our calls). Fortunately he found nothing wrong with the roof itself and no water damage, we did need very minor carpentry work (fascia board) and as we had to do exterior painting at the same time, it was decided that the painting company would take care of that.  

However, if the time comes that our roof needs to be replaced we will certainly ask Mr. Cook. We were very satisfied with his 2006 job. They worked very clean, efficient. I had checked his ref. list personally and talked with various homeowners who had their roofs done at various times and the fact that this company stands behind their work, be it 1, 5 or 10 years out was the reason I hired them then and will in the future.

Dave Harrison came to our house, walking us through all the steps and answering whatever questions we had. We felt very good about our decision. The roofing team arrived earlier this past week. "Aram came out to look at the roof and immediately made a repair of the leaks. He took photos and made recommendations. I told him that we'd need a second estimate. Ranch's estimate was less expensive and had an optional repair on a side piece of the roofing that the other firm did not notice. The work was done well with a lot of thoughtfulness concerning the placement of a dumpster given a tight drive way. We could not be more pleased by the quality of the job and the attentiveness to our needs."

"Willard Roofing was excellent.  Can't say enough about them.  They were on time with their estimates and when I wanted the work done, it was right on schedule.  The new roof looks great and the clean up was impeccable.  I watched them from the window as they cleaned up, they had no idea I was watching.  They swept and swept and then used the metal detector for any nails left behind.  Byron answered all my questions as did Dan who was very nice and went above and beyond.  Dan even came back today, got up on the roof and made sure everything was done as expected. I used this company 23 years ago for my prior roof and never had an issue with the roof or the company, that is why I used them again.  I also used them for a replacement window, gutters and a few doors also over the years.  Never a problem or an issue.  They are very professional and have been in business for years.  I also cannot leave off Melissa from the office, she always answered my emails promptly and was very helpful.
