"After a huge hail storm in our area, I had obvious damage to my roof and gutters. Trademark was one of three companies I had out to do an estimate. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim stating there was no hail damage. Trademark was insturmental in helping me know how to handle the situation so that I would not be bullied by my insurance company. They invested a great of time helping me without asking or expecting any payment. They worked with the insurance company, filing reports and meeting them over 3 times at my home, to try to resolve the issue; whereas, many other companies would not have invested the time. They knew I had a legitimate claim and were dedicated to getting it resolved. "The job was done professionally and on schedule. Excellent work and excellent warrantee. Only problem was their job estimate significantly underestimated the final cost. The problem was that the estimator only saw one roof layer when there were two. One would assume that a trained estimator would know this. They charged extra for removing the second layer, which i found out about after the job was in process. Also, beware of gutter guards, which may need to be removed. If your guards are expensive, make sure reinstallation is included in the job estimate."
