"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. I need to remember it was a patch not a new roof. Try them, they came out between rain storms and fixed my leak."

"The cost of metal roof is more than asphalt but this roof comes with 50 year guarantee. Since this is our third roof , I wish we had this option years ago. Roof looks great"

"The first roof they put on was absolutely beautiful, till a solar company came out and in stallled panels decided they did it incorrectly never flashed the holes and other damage from them occurred I then called MTS siding and roofing to come out and estimate the damage I called them because the first experience was great ! He immediately came out an estimate that I found very reasonable was given I believe that following week they were here and ready to work very polite Matt the owner of MTS made himself available that very day the work was being done he explained in detail what would be done which I thought was great it put my mind at ease The crew and foreman were there bright and early on time they were all so polite and happy which made me feel better I knew they wanted to work and was ready for the task at hand they worked efficiently and in a timely manor after the roof was done they were meticulous in the cleanup leaving the property as it looked before hand The nice touch was that if I had any concerns Matt the owner. Was only a phone call away I thought that was very personable the Forman was great too he helped in the cleanup they worked as a team . And my roof looks great ! I was very pleased with the whole experience but then again I knew I would be they were great the first time around !
