"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"

AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. "I had a small leak in a toilet and noticed one of the bolts to the floor was loose. I call TAG and received a call back shortly with a quote and service date. TAG arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, a hairline crack in the water tank. Quoted me a price on a new toilet that was more than fair and arranged an install date. At that time I asked him to get a new kitchen fawcett also without asking for a quote . So they arrived on time, installed the toilet and fawcet and all at a more than fair price. A few weeks ago I needed a new gas water heater so I called Ben, didn’t even need to ask price. "Where to begin....First and foremost, Karol is true professional and craftsman. I have never seen a contractor perform all the work in a home remodel before. Karol and his team arrived everyday at 8am and worked all day until 4 or 5. Many times they even worked on Saturday just to keep on schedule. Though his prices weren't the cheapest, he was still very competitive and the work he completed was simply superb. Being such a big project, I was a little worried about finding the right contractor. Luckily, KBK Construction did not disappoint. Karol was very easy to work with, even when a 60+ year old home threw him curve balls! Regardless, he did an excellent job completing the project and did not charge any more than he quoted. Many other contractors would have charged more for coming across the same unforeseen challenges. I could go on and on about what a great contractor and person Karol is, but I believe I made my point.
