"We hired American House to install the vinyl siding on our home and they were terrific. Arthur is extremely accommodating. He responded quickly to any questions I would text him. He is very professional and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. His crew was hard working and did a beautiful job on our house. They used quality material, such as heavy gauge oversized gutters and downspouts. The trim work was precise and the attention to detail was outstanding. To top it off the price was very reasonable. Due to Covid the production of the 25â Certainteed Monogram Siding we wanted was put on hold. During the long wait Arthur stayed in touch with us giving us updates. He never pushed us to use a different product even though we waited about two years. It was worth the wait. "Craig and his workers were amazing. Excellent workmanship and the job isnâ t even finished yet. Price was amazingly lower than 2 other estimates I got. Craig has gone above and beyond everything he told me. Craig put in all new windows, new siding and soffit, hung all new lights, new downspouts, and is going to install 3 new storm doors and clean off gutters which were stained from new roof install last year. He even had one of his workers leave the job to come to Home Depot and pick up the 3 new storm doors we bought and couldnâ t fit in our suv. Craig was on the job or texting me everyday. "Best experience, ever. In September a storm had damaged and pulled off vinyl siding on our home, I had never filed a claim on our homeowners before and had no idea what to expect. Filed the claim online and then started search for a siding company. Jeremy responded quickly, was very personable and explained the process that would take place with the insurance company and how he would help to get the insurance company to do the right thing and cover our entire siding replacement as the siding we had was old and could not be matched, he was spot on. Jeremy even spoke to our adjuster and came to our house to inspect the damage with the adjuster and advocate for us. He wasn’t pushy or trying to get us to sign a contract. I’ve always been told you should get at least 3 estimates so I did. "My project involved a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my 100+ year old house. It came with all the challenges of an older home, complete with uneven walls and floors, original plaster, and strangely shaped rooms / layout. Leo was very attentive, detail oriented, and always wanted to be sure I was happy with the decisions needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or increase the scope of the project for his own gain. Along the way there were things I added to the scope, but he was always helpful in deciding what was needed or made sense to do vs. something not needed or that might be overinvesting. He was very diligent and detail oriented in all aspects of the job. The project involved leveling and sheet rocking walls and ceilings, new tile throughout the bathroom, new tub, installation of shower doors, removal of an exterior window (and residing exterior to cover the area, which was done seamlessly), new sinks, vanity, mirrors, and fixtures, and a slew of other details I’m probably leaving out. It was a challenging space and came out great! Much of the same was needed in the kitchen, but it also included new cabinets, counters, backsplash, and framing out a very weird wall so the cabinets and appliances would make sense and be even. He also painted all of rooms and left the house clean and beautiful. He was always polite and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for another similar project in the future."
