"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"The crews were very professional and they worked to get all of our problems resolved. We love the results from our new windows and siding."

"Replace exterior window molding, repair and replace exterior soffit. Fantastic people to work with."

"Anthony in sales is a top notch guy. Expectations were set and clear. It was a pleasure working with him. The crew was fast, efficient and polite. My siding looks incredible. Thank you also to Dominick for making sure it went well. I would highly recommend. Quality products are worth it in the long run."

"Can not evaluate quality of their work as I hired someone else that gave me a better price for a small (2 square) vinyl siding job. Their quote was in the ballpark and I may have used Sky if I did not get a lower quote."

"Good company. Hard working. Know the business of roofing. Will consider them for my siding as well. Job looks great."

"Eddie responded very quickly and was extremely accommodating- even showed up on a Sunday to discuss the details of the repair required. His estimate was very reasonable and he performed the work him self. He made sure everything was cleaned up and took all the mess with him. I would definitely use him again and recommend him."

"Moises arrived as scheduled and performed the siding repairs in a timely and professional manner."

"Steve and his crew did a great job on our roof replacement. Steve is a professional - he is knowledgeable, proactive and responsive. He kept us informed about the status of our project, was on time and his crew arrived and completed the project as promised. The pricing was definitely on the high side, but Steve did not â nickel and dimeâ us for small extra repairs that were needed as the job progressed. The crew kept a clean worksite and did a very thorough job of cleaning up after. If you are looking for a quality roof installation without the worry of a contractor doing shoddy work or substItuting substandard materials, Bob & Sons Roofing is an excellent choice."

"The crew was awesome. Worked hard the entire day to replace our vinyl siding and repair certain sections."
