"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

"The person was very nice, amigable and help full. Very quick repair and I am happy with the work."

"Installed garage door opener quickly, appointment setup for next day. Technicians explained the various opener options and capabilities, the service, and functions of the new opener after installation. Overall excellent service and will contact them again for garage door repairs."

"Chris called me immediately after listing my project! My garage door had been hit and I had no way of closing it. Chris went out of his way to insure that at a minimum that my door would be closed. He didn't have any openings that day but found a way to send two techs my way that same day to secure my garage. The very next day Chris sent Jerrod and Dylan with the replacement panel to repair my garage door! Jerrod and Dylan were extremely helpful and professional! The panel was replaced in a little over a hour and works perfectly. Would 100% recommend Access Garage Doors to anyone looking for any type of work on their garage system!"

"The job went smoothly and professionally. We love our new garage door system now, so quiet that we can't even hear it when we open. We highly recommend this vendor."

"By far, this company has excellent service. The technician was very professional and respectful. He was able to repair my garage door and stayed way within my budget. The price point cant be compared to any other company. Neither is the service. A friend of mine referred to me this company and I am glad they did. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone with issues. They stand by their service and are not here to over price like a lot of other companies. It shows that they actually care about their customers, and are very knowledgeable about their procession which is very rare today. Thank you for all your help. Very much appreciated. Keith."

"This was the third job I called them back for in 3 weeks. New garage door system was installed after the gate. Then I decided to add an opener and it was done promptly and efficiently. All staff were so kind and professional. Highly recommend My Garage and Gates Inc!!"

"Mr. Pena did an amazing job on my garage door! I had so many issues with it for so long and went to a lot of reputable companies who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace it. He worked with me to make sure my new opener lasted as long as possible!"
