Get matched with top vinyl siding repair or partially replacers in North-Houston, TX

"Friendly, fast, professionsl. The siding and painting make the house look new again. The total cost was very reasonable. They did everything that we discussed including some gutter replacement."

"Alex and his team were hard working and performed the task of replacing the siding well. I did experience some loss of bushes and other back yard items due to damage, and have since picked up a can of nails from my yard. This is the only reason they get a 4 instead of a 5. Good crew, trustworthy and would work with them again."

"Jose and his crew were great! Outdoor siding and trim repair and replace, plus an entry door replacement. Then pressure wash, caulk, and paint. Quality work all arounds, and everything, including cleanup, completed in a single day! I highly recommend A&H!"

"The owner of the business contacted me right away and gave me a quote on the same day, he went by the house to check out the job and got back to me in the next couple of hours (which was something good I wasn't expecting), he was very clear with what he was doing and with prices. The job went very well and was completed in three days. Before we had wood siding and it was rotten now we put in hardy plank on so it will never rot. I choose a different color for my house and they did a great job, it looks like i have a whole new house!!! We are very pleased and will definitely use Mr. s company again."

"Bob Camp responded to my request for quote within minutes and provided options to choose from. His rate was very competitive and his willingness to answer any and all questions quickly helped us choose him to replace the siding on our home. Lalo and the crew were prompt, polite and professional, not hesitating to ask questions as they arose and verifying our wants/needs. Even with the heavy rains in the past week, the crew still worked as they could each day to complete as much as possible. They exceeded my expectations after an experience with a different company years ago, who cannot compare to the work finished this afternoon on my home. I would hire again and recommend Sunlite Exteriors in a heartbeat."

"M&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job."

"They did a great job. The house had not been touched or cleaned in several years, and there was so much debris that plants were growing on the roof and gutters. The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. They showed up on time, and Gearold communicated well.

Couldn't be happier.  Both crews (painting and floor installation) were very professional.  I love the interior paint.  We had deferred this project and the new paint and flooring really improved our investment.  Alex and George, crew chiefs, were excellent -- kept me informed and assured that we were satisfied with the end product.  Pricing was very reasonable and fair.  Mike and Erin in the office kept me updated on the projected time frames.

George identified that our floors were uneven and did the work to level them.  Now the squeak in the hallway is gone!

This is a quality company and I heartedly recommend them for any of your projects.  My only regret is that I didn't identify them earlier so that they could have done the rebuild on our stairs.  They did do the paint and stain.  The stair rebuild went okay, but would have simplified my life if I had had Silver Oaks do that work too.

Roof replacement is next on the list and I will be contacting Silver Oaks to do that work.

"I had Guardian Windows replace two large eyebrow windows (68x80), one of them over my front entry door. From start to finish, the entire process was excellent. Marty the owner came and gave me a quote, well in line with other vendors but for extra-strong frames. The team he sent worked with me to schedule their repair during my time off work. They were very courteous and professional. They took their time to do it right and safely. And their clean-up was amazing. They even cleaned the small pebbles of broken glass out of the flower beds. These folks are way better than the other so-called professional contractors. Thank you Guardian for a job well done."
