"Responded to my initial request on HomeAdvisor.com within 15 minutes on a Saturday evening. Jim came to my home on Monday evening and determined that the opener could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. I purchased a replacement opener on Tuesday morning and Jim was back in the late afternoon to install it. Job was completed quickly and professionally in about 2.5 hours. He took away all of the old parts and left no trash behind. He is competitively priced and deserving of a 5-star rating."

My name is Jack Babinski and I am an engineering student at MSOE. I have experience working on all sorts of projects. Everything from industrial paint dispenser to drywall. HVAC to Security Cameras. I am located in downtown Milwaukee but I am willing to travel up to ~50 miles. I like doing quality work and wont leave a job finished until the client is pleased with the result and I am proud of what I did.

"When I called and described the problem and the age of the garage door, I was told it might need to be replaced, and a cost estimate was provided. I called late in the afternoon, and the repair was done the next morning. When the service man arrived, he diagnosed the problem as a relatively easy one to fix, and proceeded to do so. He also lubed the rollers and checked everything out. Excellent response, timeliness, and work. I couldn't be more pleased."

"Contacted Adams Garage Doors for a single carriage style garage door. Quick response to come out and give quote. Called back several times with questions and received prompt answers. Settled on door and was advised it would be approximately two weeks to get the door. Waited a month and heard nothing from Adams Garage Doors. Attempted to contact company four times over a span of just short of a week with no answer and no response. So in total since original agreement on door it has been 5-6 weeks now and have been unable to contact company and received no response to my phone calls or messages left. Have had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get down payment returned.

####UPDATE####. While it should not have taken a week of calls, contacting my card company, and writing this review Adam from Adams Garage Doors did contact me. He explained there had been a series of mistakes on his part. He set up a time within the next couple of days to come install the door. They did come out on a Saturday morning and installed the door. The individual installing the door was friendly and from what I can see did a good job."

"I had an unusual request for A.N.D. I wanted an old garage door put on a new track and a new garage door on and old track. After they left, the new door on the old track was not working correctly. They came back quickly to adjust the old track so that the door ran correctly. They were very professional in returning to correct the problem which may have been caused by the old track."
