"I enjoyed working with Esteban and his brother Henri. I feel like I can trust their word and their work. I had some areas of grout that was coming out on my patio and I was having difficulty finding someone to repair it. I did get two other bids and Esteban was comparable to one and less than the other. Hopefully the grout lines will hold up but Esteban said just call him if it doesnâ t and heâ ll come back and fix it. It was a tedious job especially in the hot sun."

"Our project was a challenge, it was a house that had been vandalized by the previous renter, had smoked in for years. The job was for the full house, including doors, window trim, and sliding doors, about 1100 sq ft. We wanted him to use a specific odor killing primer, then follow up with his covering primer. Ricardo provided an estimate at the beginning of the job and considering the job, it was very reasonable. The graffiti kept coming through, in all it took almost 4 coats of primer to cover the damage. Ricardo was kind, understanding about the extra cost and gave us a reasonable final settlement.
