"Customer Service was great during scheduling. The technician called the day of the appointment to let us know he was in his way. 2 technicians were sent because a very large garage door on our pole building came off the track and the repair required 2 guys. The technicians were VERY knowledgeable and explained what needed to be fixed. They fixed the door and made adjustments to the auto-opener to reduce the probability of the issue happening again in the future. We will be using this company again to inspect our other garage doors and make any necessary fixes or adjustments"

"Quinton Hopkins with My Garage Door Guy is the best!!! I am very pleased with him and his communication during the removal and installation process of my new garage door. I highly recommend Quinton and his team to give you a quality product and installation with a very fair quoted price. Good job Quinton, I will call you in the future!!!! Monty Anderson"

"A complete door failure. A bracket failed and the door would not open. Two cars were locked inside. Called Eric and he had a repairman on site almost immediately. This was not a simple adjustment but a complete inspection and a determination of parts replacement. Did I mention the door was installed in 1999. I was provided every opportunity to see what needed to be replaced and watched most of the labor to repair. The door was back in action and quieter than before it broke down. Nothing is free anymore, but feel I was treated very well, and the repairman was justified in all the items he fixed r replaced. I would recommend this company and would use them again if needed.
