They spend much time to make sure walls are properly prepped and did many extras I did not expect like removing an old wall phone, patching dry wall, etc (all with my pre-approval). They came to my home on repair day, prepaired and ready to go. They clearly knew what they were doing. They replaced the rotting boards, thoroughly power-washed everything and then quickly applied two coats of stain. They were courteouss at all times, very friendly and amazingly capable.
