"Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!"

"This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"Spencer will, without question, exceed your expectations, particularly if youâ ve ever dealt with a contractor. Spencer Home Services repaired a failed heating system for me in a unit that I rent out. Every other outfit I called (at least 4 North Shore operators) was too busy, quoted a ridiculous price, or gave me ranges of times a day or two out to get a first look.. I get that heat problems happen in winter, but it is a true professional that is responsive AND follows through.. Peter came out, assessed the situation and impressed me w/ his experience, acumen and old school values. Rich and Reese made a sizable task seem like no big deal. Super respectful-that this was someoneâ s house without heat, not a job. Sheila was a delight to deal with in the office.. Everybody else told me it might take a week or more to complete, and they preyed somewhat on my sympathy for timeline flexibility. With Peter and company, it was one call and a major heat repair was DONE in a few hours. "Eric gave me an estimated time when he could do the work and showed up exactly when he said he would. For this job the work was done on a time and materials basis. He was very neat and left everything clean. The installation was quality work. His price was fare. The only things to note are if you live in an older house (mine was built in '67) he will ask you to turn off the main water supply or ask that you contact the town to replace your water shut off valve. The other thing to note is that he is not a fan of Toto toilets because he has had problems with them leaking. I am a fan of them but he did install it with some grumbling. It was installed successfully and doesn't leak. The cost for the work was $945. I would and have recommended Eric."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn&#39;t seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."
