"It was ok.  They did a great job.  I thought it was expensive because it took 20 minutes to install the TV.  Two technicians came out."

"Diego was on time, honest and diligent. He explained almost every detail. After he tuned up two a/c units and two furnaces, he reassessed and gave additional 30% discount on the spot as their conditions were far above average according to him. Excellent job and great personality."

"I've been working with Rob for a few years now, as he's demonstrated professionalism and responsibility since the first job. Another contractor is helping me with a front window leak that cannot be identified and I consulted Rob for a second opinion. He was straightforward and gave me great advice for what solution to consider next before undergoing an unnecessary window replacement, as my window is not even 5 years old. He suggested I continue working with the contractor but provide him with the next steps that he outlined for me. He was extremely helpful and honest; I look forward to working with him on the next project."

"Arrived when promised. Quickly identified the problem, immediately stopped leak, obtained correct parts, installed correct parts. Tested the unit and reinstalled cover panels.

"Diane was great! I wasn't sure if I was going to order my own mailbox/post and just have them install or have Diane's company do it all. After speaking with her, it was an easy decision to have them take care of everything. Her prices were extremely fair and reasonable, and she was able to work around my schedule. Her installers were professional, neat, and friendly - they did a terrific job! I would definitely use them again, and I plan on recommending them to my friends and family."

"This was a washer and dryer that the company I purchased from used a third party service to deliver and that company was awful and did not do the job. Jose came in, removed a useless beam blocking the entry, and a shelf I did not need, installed the washer and dryer which included disconnecting the old gas dryer and capping off an ancient gas pipe and upgrading the electric. He installed a 30 amp breaker, ran the wire and installed a 240V box for the new electric dryer. He and his helper were fantastic. I cannot recommend him enough!!!"
