Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in North-attleboro, MA

"Jordan and his crew responded quickly and discussed various options. We decided to replace the old conventional water heater with a modern tankless system. I could not be more happy with the same day service, honesty, craftsmanship and professionalism of the team. Thanks for the reference."

"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"was able to complete the job on budget and in the time frame given. took the time to explain to me how to operate the new water heater."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Our gas water heater failed on a Friday night. Waking up Saturday a.m. to water in our basement wasn't a pleasant experience. We placed several calls and Quarry Hills was the only company to return our call. Michelle was very helpful with locating the same water heater within a short time frame as the gas heater that failed was still under warranty, to our surprise. She promptly scheduled a tech to our house by 1 p.m. the same day with the new water heater in tow. Seth was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us back up and running. They were straight up with the cost and didn't exceed it when finished with the job. Rebecca followed up with a call to check in on our experience with Quarry and confirmed that they'd forward any warranty information upon receipt. Very professional from start to finish! We won't hesitate using them again for any future issues we may have."

"As a home owner, you do your best to fix things around the house. However, there comes a point where you need to call in the professional. Forbes Plumbing came to the rescue and fixed persistent leaking pipe fixture. Forbes responded in a timely manner with an estimate as well as came out as soon as I approved the estimate. I am extremely happy with the work done. I will definitely utilize this company for my next plumbing project(s)."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"

"Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with on our hot water tank and boiler replacement project. We are very happy with the results and look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"I ended up losing heat due to a low water switch. I never had a gas furnace. They talked me thru on how to fill the system and did not charge me"
