"I had several things done. My primary goals were to have some ceiling fans installed and have a leak in on of my sinks fixed. Alex showed up on time and was great. He was able to install 2 of the 3 fans without issue and the 3rd couldn't be installed because it was too close to a wall (where the current light fixture was) and he explained why. He was able to fix the issue with the bathroom sink and in fact noticed that the other sink was also a problem, so he fixed both of them. He needed to get some parts and asked since we would have extra time that I'd already paid for, if there was anything else he could do while there and I had him swap out a garbage disposal (which he also picked up for me). All in all, the work took 4 hours and he used the extra two hours I'd paid for towards the parts he needed. He did a great job and I'd hire them again.
