"This is a mixed review. I've used them twice before and had a great experience. This 3rd time didn't go well initially. I asked for help with my dance corner and soft close cabinets. I asked if this was possible and was assured over the phone that they can do the floor. I offered to have them come earlier so they knew what the work involved but they declined. The first handyman couldn't do either the cabinets or the floor and wasted my time. I called several times and was told someone would get back to me and no one called. When I said I would place a bad review, the manager Bob Schmidt contacted me. He came to the house and we brainstormed a way for the dance floor. His team built one for me and installed it. They also fixed my cabinets. I recommend being very very precise with your projects so they can accurately say if it is in the scope of their work. I will use them again because they were responsive to my complaint and went over and above to fix it."

One was the complete roof retiling of a standard size family home and the most recent project, was for the repair and laying of new roof sheets on the back sun room. "There was a detail of getting the 2 toilets delayed the project. Then there was the first placement of a shower door kit that was very much less then satisfactory. The shower door install took several attempts. The door did not contain all the hardware and then some of the hardware was not available. When the door was placed it did not fit and fell off the the tracks. There was a new door installed that was a 200% improvement. Peter was great on the reinstall and correction of the issues I had. I believe the home owner needs to be 100% present during the work."
