"Mike is very friendly and courteous, as well as quite dedicated to doing a good job. When installing our new attic stairs and door, he spent numerous hours over two days. I saw him place the weatherstripping perfectly, and both this and the paint look excellent. As he works, he explains the steps of what he is doing. After finishing, he called later on to make sure that there were no problems. He is easy to contact and returns calls. I would therefore highly recommend Mike and Palma Construction. "

"He came to the house. Sent estimate. I approved it. He told me things to buy for the bathroom remodeling. I bought them. 17 days later and not answering my text. Tiny sent me a text saying sorry booked other jobs can't get to you till January. He promised to get it done by the end of the year cause I had to be out of my apartment. He's unreliable, disrespectful and sold me out for a better job. Wouldn't recommend Tony to my worst enemy. His word means nothing. Want to give a zero but site won't let me"

"Loved working with Window King and highly recommend them! I was nervous about replacing my three really old windows in my old Hoboken condo. Nick walked me through the entire process so that I felt comfortable with the windows I was choosing as well as colors, and so that I was in line with what the HOA would/ wouldn't allow. Cesar and his crew were present on install day - they were on time, courteous, fast, professional, and did an incredible job. I don't think it even took them four hours. And big thanks to Lisa who was extremely communicative regarding the timeline. My condo is now far less noisy in terms of the noise coming from the street- and MUCH warmer which is exactly what I needed. Pictured are two of my old and new windows - the black lining are the old ones and white lining is the new.
