They were able to come back quickly (within a few days) and resolve the issue so that we wouldn’t be without a light in our bathroom for too long. All the fixtures were installed well and work perfectly. Even though it turned into a larger than expected job, we were happy to have fixed something that was unsafe before it became a hazard. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops.
