While he was polite and courteous, I got the feeling my job was perhaps not big enough for him. I asked that he let me know if this was too samll a job, but he said he would provide a quote. The quote came two weeks later. After about one day he emailed again asking if I'd recieved the quote. I responded, and asked him seven questions based on some of the vagueness of his proposal. It is two weeks and he has still not responded. I've chosen not to use his services, as I feel he was nonresponsive."

It means so much to us- we can go outside and just enjoy our yard. We can see our house when we turn into the driveway! They did in two days what would have taken us 5 years or more. I didn t tell them this but I was feeling so discouraged based on those interactions with the other companies and I haven t had the same energy since I had some health issues a few years ago. It really meant so much to us that they did what they said they would and even went above and beyond, clearing dead stuff we didn t even know was there (couldn t see it under the live stuff).
