He offered to come out on Christmas morning to our house to assess and conduct repairs. We did not want to impose on his family's Christmas morning so we asked him to come out today (12/26). Randy arrived on time despite being located almost two hours away and was able to quickly assess and repair our well pump; best of all we had water again. "What impressed me first was that they knew what size system to install to meet our demand given that in the winter the water gets very cold and the ratings on the units are at 72 degrees not 34 degrees, so the next size up is needed.  They installed the system with no issues, I would say that if you want to make sure that the filter unit is solidly installed you should make that clear and have them bolt it to something so it won't tip over if its pushed.  I would say that you need to get a water analysis done either by this company or an independent, then give them the results to specify the system."
