It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

"I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"Dylan does great work and is professional. Shows up when he says he will. Roof repair well done repared and did work to prevent more water damage. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. "Excellent! Kevin was very responsive and came by just a few days after I had requested an on line quote. He gave me a proposal with the full price and explained everything and there was no sales pressure at all. A week later he came by again and we signed the proposal and gave him a deposit. He had shingle samples and again explained the process and answered all questions. A week later a crew was at our house right at 7:00 AM and were stripping the roof by 7:30 AM, after covering the bushes and hanging down tarps from the roof to protect the house. They were all done by 4:30 - cape style house and two car garage. The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and everything was cleaned up. Kevin came by and did his visual examination and to make sure everything was OK. Great Job!"

I was happy to hire them again in 2021 for a rather complex repointing/masonry job on my garage. "We got 3 roofing estimates. We made an appointment with the owner David Crasny. He showed up on time. He was the only one of the 3 roofers who got up on the roof (3 stories) to take pictures and evaluate. We received his estimate in 2 days as promised. It was detailed and thorough and gave us the option for a few extras (over fascia sealing & back porch). His price seems very fair. All roofers use GAF or equivalent shingles. He is trained and certified in GAF products. We were told by 2 roofers (we didn't ask him specifically) that we could have some shingle repairs done and can delay a new roof for 2 years. Based on his promptness and professionalism in person and in his estimate we will probably choose him when we do our new roof. We got a very low and very high estimate from other roofers. His was in the middle."
