"We had an emergency so we contacted Clear Water. They responded immediately and I worked with Paul who was amazing. He was knowledgeable and professional and got us up and running in no time. I could not recommend them more. Thanks Paul!"

"Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!"

"Our sump pump broke down and they were here within an hour! Highly highly recommended!"

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"The team did wonderful job and carefully explained to me what to do with my outdated but still working sump pump. I was also educated on the rationale of using sump pump. (I am a woman ignorant of all these house gadgets!)"

"I can always rely on Joe Montbleau Plumbing for any of my plumbing repairs. Any of my calls they follow-up promptly, especially emergency repairs. They explain in full detail the issue and the nature of the repair. Very honest and the customer service is fantastic."

"The cost of the service was very high. We had no choice as we were required to hire a licensed plumber. It would have been great if we are given a rough estimate of the repair when I called them up for booking the appointment. They didn't give me the price even after explaining what is needed to repair, mostly replacement of the tub spigot."

"ER Services responded to my request with a phone call right away, and Henry showed up about half an hour later to do the job. He was friendly and easy to work with, and he replaced my faulty outdoor spigot. Pleased with my experience with ER Services!"
