"They did excellent work and clean-up. We had one existing egress that was not draining and water would rise more than 6" above the glass on the window. The new wells have no water back up at all! Wells and windows are a year old now and have no leaks or water pooling. The white galvanized wells still look new, no wear or rust. A Safe-T View cover was installed to prevent the kids from falling in and has worked wonderfullly, preventing injuries to the kids playing all around it! Thank you, Thank you!"

"We used them in spring right before summer began. We have a 1904 house and it had funky 1904 storm window-type basement windows. They took all those out. They had to reframe in some places. We also had the basement block windows put in with the vents. At times they had to take away a beam in the middle because it was the wrong size. They did an excellent job and they did it very quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves. They were fabulous."

"Scott was prompt with his estimate and worked around our schedule to install. The window we had replaced was very close to our property line and our neighbors driveway. Scott and team were able to use the driveway for their machines and simply rolled back our fence for access. They removed one bush while they were digging and replaced it just as they found it. Other bids we received said we'd need to rip out trees in our front yard or put the egress on the front of the house - which we weren't willing to do. We opted for the additional wood finishing ($275) and are pleased with the look of the window. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and we are happy with the work. The only downside to the process is the window took 5 weeks to stock so we had to wait for the installation. We did have the option of purchasing a window ourselves to shorten the wait, but we chose not to."

"This was a fantastic experience from the beginning to end. We first met the owner, Mark, at the State Fair. He was very nice and wasn't throwing a sales pitch to us in any way. Their price was in the middle to higher range, however, there was a very comforting fell in all discussions that led us to choose Mark and his company. There is a delay in getting the doors and windows ordered and shipped. They are customer made to fit our home so this is standard. Once they were in, scheduling was done immediately and work began on time. We wanted to wait a bit for everything to settle-in after some use before writing our review. The quality of the work, the doors and the bay window is fantastic. After 6 months of regular use, everything is working as well as when it was all installed.
