I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."

"This was the second project that Genadek was hired for.  The reason Genadek was rehired to do work that no other contractor seemed to want to take on was because the company delivers what it says it will.  The first project was an extensive drain tile system with permeable pavers and a french drain, which has provided a beautiful place to entertain as well as much needed management of a high water table.  And when Genadek encountered issues with the high water table, they researched and came up with a plan - a plan that became the solution we had been searching for going on 6 years.
On both projects, Genadek was upfront about changing conditions of the project and gave us the information necessary to make a decision.  At no point was there a feeling that Genadek was doing anything other than respecting us and the financial constraints of the projects.  It is impossible to expect a bid to always be perfect down to the last penny, however Genadek makes a concerted effort to do just that and when they cannot - you will know why.
When Genadek finishes a project, they clean up the worksite and leave it as they found it so there is no delay in your enjoyment.  There is not doubt that this is a company that is choosing to do business the right way - respecting clients - and should be supported for it."

Steve Did an excellent job as the manager of the project in explaining the details of the owrk, and how long it would take.
They understood that I was selling the house, and need it complete within a week for the open house and they did not fail the project.  They performed extra work on the roof line, fixed door trim incorrectly installed by someone else.   They went above and beyond.  The area cleaned up well,  Steve is available all the time, whether I called him morning or night and always ansered "not a problem" no matter what I had to ask, or have them do.  Everyone on the project was professional, they work long hours to get the project done.

"This was the second time I worked with Greg. It had gone so well the first time that I called him when I wanted a 14 x 20 building put on the back of my lot. He impressed me again with his creative solutions to some of the problems I was having, both with build and placement. He stayed in my budget and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. "Cj Craftsman  (Chris Burrington) drew up the original plans for the house and the SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) were ordered off of those drawings. Chris then built the frame of the house with these highly insulated wall pieces, making sure these walls had the correct runs to allow for electricity wiring and plumbing. Chris also installed all of the six super energy efficient windows, built the loft inside, installed the wood flooring and the wood wall paneling. Chris worked extremely well with the other contractors who had to work in tandem with him to make sure everything was right to install the solar hot water, solar air heat, solar electricity and the passive solar. This was all done in three weeks and everything was finished by the start of the fair. This was a major effort, with many, many very long days put in by Chris to make sure it was done on time. "We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.



We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.
