"I called A&M Saks for a faulty valve on my dishwasher. He gives an hour window for service calls. Each time he came out he got there at the very end of the window but worked quickly, so he was still done by the end of the hour or a little after. His service price was good, the part was costly but that's not his fault. He was neat and professional. He ended up coming out twice -- once to diagnose the problem and order the part and again to do the work a few days later. The dishwasher works great now. <br /> I also asked him for a quote for replacing my dryer vent and that seems reasonable. $160 for a long vent with lots of twists and turns. I will probably use him to do it after I recover from the sticker shock of closing on my new house. <br />"
