"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

I was in constant contact with various personnel who kept me informed about the project. On installation day, the crew of 8 roofers began work at 7:30am and finished at 2:30pm. All waste was cleaned up and placed in the dumpster. Overall, a great company to consider when replacing your roof."
