The quality of work done by the team was excellent, and Tom kept in frequent communication via calls and texts throughout the project. The cost was very reasonable, and Tom worked with us through several changes in plan that occurred throughout the project. This was a fairly complicated job with a lot of custom work, and Tom continuously worked to make sure every detail was taken care of exactly how we wanted, and to keep us at ease throughout the project. Itâ s hard to find people who take the time to get the job done right and take pride in their work, but Tom and his team are definitely those types. I highly recommend Kats Construction for this type of job."

"Veglia Remodeling was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave me an estimate for the labor/work on my bathroom remodel. He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"Bob is the best contractor I have ever worked with. This was the second time my wife and I used Bob for a remodel project (he did a bathroom for us a couple years ago). Bob is an excellent project manager, and offers helpful advice and suggestions throughout the project. He worked very closely with us to stay on budget and still get an amazing kitchen. We had gotten an initial quote from a kitchen design specialist that was super expensive and Bob was able to give us a better design for a much better price that was more in line with what we were comfortable spending. Felt like we were walking into a brand new house when the work was complete, but even better because it was still the house we had so many memories in. "Block helped us tackle our bathroom renovation from start to finish. Our biggest hurdle was the co-op management and board approval process. Block did amazing work to get us an approved contractor, provide the required submittals and revise for the building architect comments. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing. "We had two projects to tackle: one, we wanted a mural painted on the ceiling of our bathroom, and two, we'd goofed up matching the white color when doing some construction in our bedroom, and the only solution was to repaint the whole thing a new white. Mandy did a BEAUTIFUL job with the ceiling mural and was done in two days; Evin came in on day 2 to take care of the whole bedroom (which is kind of an awkward space since it's a converted attic: most of the walls are slanted and the whole ceiling had to be covered as well). He did a meticulous job and we were so relieved to have it all taken care of so quickly. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry.
