The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. "We are so glad we went with Matt Silva & his team for our much-needed kitchen update. The finished result is functional, modern, and beautiful, as we had hoped. But the best part was working with this group of pros. Every person who was in/out of our house over the space of a few weeks was courteous and professional, respectful of our space, tolerant of our senior dog, and extremely meticulous in caring for our home as if it were their own. Matt visited us a few times before we committed to the work. Each time he answered a myriad of questions, showed product examples, made recommendations, and helped us decide on several key factors. Matt replied to emails promptly, and he always let us know when to expect team members to arrive. As with any reno, there were a couple minor snags but each was addressed promptly and to our full satisfaction. We can't say enough about how thoroughly these guys cleaned up every day. We never once tripped over a tool, found a nail on the floor, or had to worry about the dog getting into something he shouldn't. They sealed off our kitchen carefully, kept the yard gate closed as requested, and always covered the floor in the work zone. We used our own electrician but were very happy with the plumber, quartz supplier, and tile installers Matt coordinated. All of them showed up as scheduled and were as professional and thorough as Matt's core team.
