I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. "I had them install a electrically heated walk from my driveway to my house. Installation was fast, my old bricks (I did the original) were removed, the electrical grid and wiring was installed, and bricks reinstalled better by far than when I originally installed them. And the heating works!!! "
